Before / After #1

Content Repurposing Agent

What most people type vs. what an optimised agent actually looks like.

What Most People Type
Take this blog post and turn it into social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and an email newsletter.
↓ Now watch what happens when we optimise ↓
Optimised Agent Prompt
Role: You are my Content Repurposing Specialist. You transform one piece of content into platform-native posts that match each platform's algorithm and audience expectations.

Context: My brand voice is [casual/professional/bold]. My audience is [describe]. My primary CTA is [visit site/book call/buy product].

Task: For every piece of content I provide, create:
1. LinkedIn post — professional hook + value + CTA, 150–200 words, line breaks for readability
2. Twitter/X thread — 5–7 tweets, first tweet is a scroll-stopping hook, numbered
3. Instagram caption — story-driven opening, 10 niche hashtags, CTA in last line
4. Email snippet — subject line + 3-paragraph personal tone, links to full content

Format: Each platform under a clear heading. Never copy-paste the same text across platforms.

Constraints: No generic filler. No "In today's fast-paced world." Every sentence must earn its place.

See the difference?

The basic version gives generic output. The optimised version gives platform-native content that gets engagement. This is agent #8 of 40. Imagine all of them at this level.

Try This Now

Build Your First Agent

Pick one role. Use the starter prompt. Watch Claude build the full optimised version.

Agent Builder Starter Prompt
I am building out a full prompt for the job role of [Content Writer / Lead Qualifier / Client Onboarding / your choice] that can be used in ANY niche.

Create a comprehensive system prompt that includes:
1. A clear ROLE definition with expertise and personality
2. Detailed CONTEXT sections the user fills in (business, audience, voice, goals)
3. Specific TASK instructions with step-by-step workflow
4. FORMAT requirements for how outputs should be structured
5. CONSTRAINTS to prevent generic or low-quality output

Write it as a Claude Project system prompt I can paste directly into Custom Instructions.

Do this right now

Open Claude. Pick a role from the 40. Paste this. Fully trained AI employee in 3 minutes. Screenshot and share in the community.

Browser Automation

Claude Chrome Extension:
AI In Your Browser

Claude sees your browser, takes actions, and runs tasks on a schedule — all from a side panel.

🌐
Feature 1
See What You See
Claude reads the page you're on. Summarise articles, extract data, analyse competitor pages, draft replies — all from the side panel.
📅
Feature 2
Scheduled Tasks
Set recurring browser tasks. Daily competitor checks, email triage, social monitoring — Claude handles it on your schedule automatically.
📺
Feature 3
Workflow Recording
Show Claude how to do something once by recording your steps. It learns the pattern and repeats it perfectly forever.
📄
Feature 4
Multi-Tab Power
Drag tabs into Claude's group. It works across all of them simultaneously — pull data from one, take action in another.
Before / After #2

Email Triage: Manual vs. Chrome

Yesterday you learned the email assistant prompt. Today we make it run automatically.

Manual Approach (Day 1)
Every morning: Open Gmail. Copy email subjects. Paste into Claude. Ask for priority sorting and draft replies. Copy replies back. Repeat tomorrow. Works great but you have to REMEMBER to do it.
↓ With Chrome Extension Scheduled Task ↓
Chrome Scheduled Task
Scheduled Task: Every day at 7:00 AM

Role: Chief of Staff and Email Triage Agent.

Task:
1. Open my Gmail inbox
2. Read the 20 most recent unread emails
3. Categorise: 🔴 Urgent / 🟠 Today / 🔵 Can Wait / 🚫 Skip
4. Draft replies for each 🔴 Urgent email in my voice
5. Open Google Calendar for today
6. Cross-reference meetings with email threads
7. Generate morning briefing with top 3 priorities

Format: Structured summary I can scan in 90 seconds.

Result: I wake up to a ready-made briefing every morning. It just runs.
Desktop Automation

Cowork: Claude Controls
Your Entire Desktop

Chrome Extension works in the browser. Cowork goes further — it controls your entire computer. Apps, files, spreadsheets, email clients. Everything.

🖥
What It Does
Any Task You'd Do With Mouse & Keyboard
Cowork sees your screen, clicks buttons, types text, navigates between apps. You describe the task, it executes step by step while you approve each action.
📊
Best For
Multi-App Workflows
Pull data from a spreadsheet, update your CRM, draft emails in your email client, log it in your project management tool. All in one flow across multiple apps.
🚀
The Difference
Chrome = Browser. Cowork = Everything Else.
Chrome Extension is perfect for web-based tasks. Cowork handles desktop apps, local files, and cross-application workflows that go beyond the browser.
Before / After #3

Client Follow-Up: You vs. Cowork

A real task that eats 45 minutes of your day. Watch what Cowork does with it.

How You Do It Now
1. Open your spreadsheet of leads
2. Filter to find "Pending" status rows
3. For each one, open their website to remember what they do
4. Switch to email client
5. Write a personalised follow-up
6. Send it
7. Go back to spreadsheet, update status to "Followed Up"
8. Repeat 15 more times

Time: 45 minutes. Energy: drained. Consistency: drops after row 5.
↓ Hand it to Cowork ↓
Cowork Task
Task: Open my Google Sheets lead tracker. Find all rows where Status = "Pending". For each one:

1. Read the Name, Email, Company, and Notes columns
2. Open their website briefly to get context
3. Switch to my email client
4. Draft a personalised follow-up referencing something specific about their business
5. Use this template as a starting point but make each one feel personal:

Subject: Quick follow-up on [their business]
Hey [first name], just circling back. I know things get busy. If now's a better time to chat about [topic from Notes], I'd love 15 minutes this week. No pressure.

6. After drafting all emails, go back to the spreadsheet and update each status to "Followed Up" with today's date.

Time: 3 minutes. Consistent quality on every single email.

45 minutes down to 3

And the 16th email is just as personalised as the first. This is agent #4 (Follow-Up Manager) + Cowork working together. Your agents write the strategy. Cowork executes it.

Think About This

What Could YOU Build
as a Product?

You've got AI agents, browser automation, desktop automation, and skills. Now think bigger. What could you package and SELL?

💡
Idea 1
A Done-For-You AI Setup Service
Set up all 40 agents + automations for a client's business. Charge $997–$3,000. Build time: a few hours. Value to them: months of work saved.
💡
Idea 2
A Niche-Specific Agent Pack
Build 10 agents specifically for real estate agents, dentists, gyms, or coaches. Sell as a template pack. Build once, sell unlimited.
💡
Idea 3
An Automated Content Machine
Repurposer + scheduler + Chrome Extension = a content system that posts across 4 platforms daily without lifting a finger. Monthly retainer: $500–$2,000.
💡
Idea 4
An Internal Business Tool
A custom dashboard, calculator, or workflow that solves YOUR biggest problem. Then sell it to others in your niche who have the same problem.

Start dreaming now — because on Day 3 we BUILD it

Tomorrow I'm showing you Claude Code — the tool that builds websites, apps, and tools from a conversation. Whatever you're imagining right now, you'll be able to build it on Thursday. Come with an idea ready.
